Your next patient is a 60 year old female, who presents after having a car accident one week ago. She complains of pleuritic chest pain. There was no loss of consciousness.
On examination she alert and oriented, with normal observations. Cardiovascular and respiratory examinations are normal and there is no evidence of upper or lower limb weakness.
